Requirements of Partners
➤ Must be in Philadelphia
➤ Must be a qualified 501c3
➤ Mission Alignment:
Partner’s mission must align with our focus on leadership, cultural exchange, and social justice.
➤ Youth Engagement:
Proven track record of engaging and supporting high school seniors.
➤ Experience in Youth Programs:
Must have experience in youth development, mentorship, and leadership training.
➤ Support Infrastructure:
Must provide ongoing support, including mentors and educational resources.
➤ Screening and Selection:
Robust process for identifying and selecting fellows who meet our criteria.
➤ Legal and Ethical Compliance:
Adheres to all legal and ethical standards, maintaining 501c3 status.
➤ Transparency and Accountability:
Transparent operations, ensuring accountability in the partnership.
➤ Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
Open to feedback and committed to improving support mechanisms.

Able to provide endorsements or references from reputable sources.
Requirements of Participants
➤ Must reside in the county of Philadelphia
➤ Must attend school in the county of Philadelphia
➤ Must be rising high school senior
➤ Must pass water safety and rescue test
➤ Must pass physical fitness test
➤ Must meet a certain academic standard
➤ Must pass a profiling interview
